The doldrums of winter are well and truly here, and despite the instinct to hibernate, there is a world of ice infused beauty beyond our doorstep. Like this terrific shots…

It’s a little quiet in the restaurants around town (hopefully not for too long) but that isn’t stopping Town and Country from doing something fab for diners on their heated patio!

All that winter we got last week wasn’t fun for driving, but it was perfect for ice fishers! The lake is once again dotted with huts as anglers endure frigid conditions and try their luck on icy surfaces with only a rod and bait (and possibly an adult beverage) to accompany them.

And finally, as we head towards a re-opening later this month, we can look forward to more events like these!
